01/Products
From standard stock sections to custom dies cut on your drawing — every item is traceable to alloy, temper and heat number, and can be supplied mill-finish or fully treated.
Standard and custom sections pressed from homogenised 6063 and 6061 billet: window and door systems, curtain wall mullions, structural angles, channels, T-sections and machine framing. Custom dies produced in-house from DXF or sample.
Plain, embossed and pre-coated aluminium in 1050, 3003 and 5052 from 0.3 mm foil-gauge to 6.0 mm plate. Slit to width, cut to length, interleaved and PE-filmed for handling.
Round, square and rectangular hollow sections, plus solid rod, flat bar and hexagon — cut to fixed lengths with deburred ends.
High-aspect heat sink profiles, LED housings, enclosure extrusions and tight-tolerance sections for electrical and electronic assemblies.
A held inventory of fast-moving angles, tees, flats, glazing beads and trims — released same-day against counter or project orders.
Turned, milled, punched and tapped components produced from our own extrusion and plate — supplied loose or as finished sub-assemblies.
02/Manufacturing
Metal changes hands too many times in this industry. We keep the die shop, the press, the finishing lines and the fabrication floor on one site, so tolerance and finish are controlled by the people who own the result.
Incoming billet is checked for chemistry and homogenisation before it is released to the press. Every batch carries an alloy and heat reference that follows the material through to dispatch.
Sections are drawn, nitrided and trialled in-house. Die correction after first sampling is where dimensional accuracy is actually won — we run it as a documented loop, not a favour.
Billet is pressed at controlled exit temperature, quenched on the run-out table, stretched to remove twist and bow, then cut to saw length with straightness verified along the full bar.
Age-hardening ovens bring 6-series material to T5 or T6 with recorded soak time and temperature. Hardness is verified per batch before profiles move to finishing.
Anodising in natural, bronze and black at 10–25 µm film build; polyester powder coating over chromate-free pre-treatment; brushed, sand-blasted and wood-effect finishes for façade work.
CNC cutting, punching, notching, drilling, TIG and MIG welding, and mechanical assembly — delivered as kits, frames or complete units ready for site installation.

The same alloy behaves differently on a façade, in a chassis and inside a switchgear cabinet. We specify temper, wall thickness and finish for the job in front of us.

Tetley Clover (Pvt) Ltd is a private limited company supplying aluminium and engineered metal products to fabricators, contractors, OEMs and traders across Pakistan.
We work the way a materials business should: a defined alloy, a stated temper, a measured finish, and a delivery date that holds. Enquiries are answered with a specification and a price — not a brochure.
Our range covers the full aluminium chain, from extruded sections and rolled sheet through to anodised, coated and fully fabricated assemblies. Where a standard section does not exist, we design the die; where a part needs machining, welding or coating, it stays with us until it is finished.
Projects run from single-bundle counter sales to scheduled contract supply for façade packages, industrial plant and OEM production. Every consignment is issued with alloy, temper and dimensional details so the material can be traced after it leaves our gate.
Head office sits at Lakson Square Building No. 2 in Karachi, with production, finishing and fabrication supported by our works and partner facilities in the city's industrial belt.
